Our Financial Planning Traineeship is designed to give you the knowledge and skills you need to progress as a financial planning professional. You’ll have the support of a highly experienced and dedicated training team throughout.

The structured 2 year development programme will give you:

  • Valuable operational experience in key roles in the financial planning sector: customer relationships, client support, paraplanning and financial planning
  • A 1:1 individually tailored mentoring programme
  • Broadening business placements to gain a rounded understanding of clients and financial planning
  • Support to achieve the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
  • Workshop based professional development programme, including technical knowledge, business and commercial awareness and relationship building skills
