Learning and Development Manager

Closing date: 3 July 2017

Location:  This role offers flexibility for home-based working. The position covers London, Reading and Bristol where offices are available.

salary:  £40,000 - £60,000 depending on experience

We're looking for someone who can provide training and development on a range of subjects including product/technical knowledge, propositions, processes, and guidance and advisory skills.

The main purpose of this role is to liaise with a range of business areas to analyse training needs and develop and deliver effective learning solutions.

Private Client Manager

Location:  London

We're looking for people who hold a diploma in financial planning, have a strong sense of integrity and empathy as well as strong interpersonal skills to be part of our growing business. You'll help your clients understand their needs and evaluate their options, utilising your knowledge of investment markets, taxation, trust and wider financial markets.

Our Financial Planning Traineeship is designed to give you the knowledge and skills you need to progress as a financial planning professional. You’ll have the support of a highly experienced and dedicated training team throughout.

The structured 2 year development programme will give you:

  • Valuable operational experience in key roles in the financial planning sector: customer relationships, client support, paraplanning and financial planning
  • A 1:1 individually tailored mentoring programme
  • Broadening business placements to gain a rounded understanding of clients and financial planning
  • Support to achieve the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
  • Workshop based professional development programme, including technical knowledge, business and commercial awareness and relationship building skills
  • Opportunity to be based from any of our UK regional offices
