Important information

Call charges will vary. Calls may be monitored and/or recorded to protect you and us and help with our training. We will retain recordings for up to 7 years and you can request a copy of the them by contacting us.

Please note that email is not a secure form of communication and should only be used for general enquiries. If there is a need to send any confidential items we will recommend the best way to do this.

Clear communication

We want you to be able to communicate with us as easily as possible and we have adapted our services to make them accessible to everyone. If you need your communications provided in large print, braille or audio CD please contact us and we will arrange this.
