1825 Response to COVID-19

Julie Scott

1825 has extensive business continuity procedures and plans in place to support our response to COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

1825 Financial Planning – Looking after you and our colleagues

Like us, you will have been following government and World Health Organisation advice in response to Covid-19 and we wanted to share with you the approach we are taking to make sure that your 1825 team are looked after and that we continue to look after your financial planning requirements as best as possible, during what are uncertain times.

In order to comply with the most recent government instructions, we have now arranged for all our office-based teams to work from home.

We feel this is the right thing to do in order to protect our team and those in the wider community. It is also incredibly important to us to provide you with as much continuity of our service as possible over the coming weeks and months and we’re doing our utmost to make this possible. At times however, that might not always be possible, or within our direct control, and we thank you in advance for your patience and support.

Your Financial Planner will still remain on hand to answer any queries that you have and we ask that you contact them directly rather than contacting them through the office.

We will also have limited ability to return to the office to deal with any post and for the coming weeks we are likely to become increasingly reliant on email and telephone communications. We have worked to adapt our approach to enable us to do this with as little impact on you as possible.

If you are due to have your annual planning meeting over the coming weeks, we will be in touch as normal to arrange this. We will carry it out by telephone on this occasion and we can meet with you again when circumstances allow us to do so in the future.

Thank you for your understanding and support at this time. We want to be here to provide any support that we can, if you have any queries, please do contact us.
